Talan is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a backend orientation to design and implement scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will leverage AI tools across the SDLC to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and foster a high-performing engineering culture.

You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. The role requires strong backend expertise in Java/Spring and experience with modern frontend frameworks, plus hands-on

Formación

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer with backend focus.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA experience.
• Experience with Angular and modern frontend technologies.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Spanish & English proficiency (C1) and hands-on AI tooling usage.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and microservices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and define solutions.
• Develop backend components using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, and production support.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents, performance issues, and defects.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering best practices.
• Promote clean code, maintainability, observability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and support engineering culture.
• Use AI-powered tools throughout the SDLC.
• Apply AI-driven practices for code generation, documentation, test generation, debugging, reviews, and automation.
