Mondelēz International is seeking an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join the AI Reporting & Insights team in Madrid and Warsaw. You will design, build, and maintain data pipelines and AI-driven applications that transform raw market data into decision-ready insights for stakeholders globally.

Formación

• Proficiency in Python and building production-grade applications or pipelines.
• Experience with full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering.
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS) and Databricks familiarity.
• Exposure to LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflow integration.
• Knowledge of React/Next.js and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines ingesting market and business data.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows.
• Build full stack apps (APIs, backend, frontend) surfacing AI insights.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines and apps.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including IaC, containers, and CI/CD.
