Mondelēz International seeks an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join the AI Reporting & Insights team in Madrid. You will design data pipelines, build AI/ML features, and deliver AI-powered insights for global and regional stakeholders.

The role combines data engineering, AI/ML engineering, and frontend/backend development, requiring collaboration across product, data science, and business teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python, AWS, Databricks, and modern web

Formación

• Experience leading multi-vendor IT projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and Databricks.
• Familiar with LLMs and AI/ML pipelines.
• Proficient in REST/GraphQL and modern web frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, Databricks, and AWS.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows.
• Build full stack apps surface AI insights with Python, React/Next.js.
• Implement monitoring and cost-efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Contribute to infra-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews.
