Mondelez International expects an AI Engineer / Full Stack Developer to join our AI Reporting & Insights team in Madrid. You will build data pipelines, develop AI/ML models, and ship full-stack apps that surface AI-driven insights for global stakeholders.

You will work with Python, React/Next.js, and cloud services, contributing to a new AI-powered insights platform within Mondelez Digital Services. This role offers a full-time, on-site opportunity across Madrid and Warsaw.

Formación

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade applications.
• Experience in full stack development, AI/ML engineering, or data engineering.
• Hands-on with AWS and Databricks.
• Familiar with LLMs integration, RAG pipelines, or agent-based architectures.
• Proficient in React/Next.js and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT, and working with structured/unstructured data at scale.
• Solid fundamentals in software engineering (Git, testing, CI/CD, Docker, Terraform).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Python, Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark) and AWS services.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models and RAG workflows with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Build and ship full stack applications surfacing AI-generated insights using Python, React/Next.js and cloud-native services.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for pipelines, models, and apps to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into designs and working software.
• Contribute to platform architecture decisions including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews, sprints, and knowledge sharing.
