Rakuten TV is seeking a Frontend Manager to lead client-facing engineering across B2B and B2C on Smart TVs, mobile, web and white-label platforms. You will manage a ~10-engineer team, own architecture, and drive roadmaps with CTO-level visibility.

You will shape frontend strategy, hiring, and cross-functional collaboration with product and design, ensuring high-quality delivery across all devices.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on engineering with frontend focus; 3+ years in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of React and modern frontend tooling in production.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical strategy, architecture, and delivery across all frontend platforms.
• Lead multiple frontend teams across Mobile, CTVs, and Web.
• Define and enforce engineering standards, code quality, and testing strategy.
