Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM startup, is seeking a Frontend Engineer to own dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs. You’ll build with React + TypeScript and work closely with Product and Design to shape the frontend as the company scales.

The next great GTM company is being built in Barcelona. We're building the AI-native GTM platform for modern B2B teams, combining prospecting, enrichment, intent signals, AI research and outreach into one product so sales teams can focus on what truly matters: selling. That means more users, more data, more integrations and harder engineering problems exactly the stage where strong engineers have an outsized impact. As a Frontend Engineer, you'll own the experiences our customers use every day: dashboards, campaign builders and reporting UIs that turn a powerful engine into a product people love. You'll work closely with Product and Design and help shape how we build the frontend as the company scales. About The Role

Our platform does a lot prospecting, enrichment, signals, AI research and outreach and the frontend is where all of it has to feel simple, fast and reliable. That's the challenge you'll own. We're looking for an engineer who does more than implement designs: someone who owns features end to end and cares about quality, performance and developer experience. Idea design build ship measure.

What you'll own

• Customer-facing product: develop high-quality, responsive web applications with React + TypeScript
• Core UIs: own dashboards, campaign builders, reporting UIs and the API layers that support them
• Rendering & services: work on internal tools, SSR/edge rendering and lightweight Node.js services
• Performance: focus on speed, Core Web Vitals and a great developer experience
• End-to-end delivery: collaborate closely with Product, Design and Backend to ship complete features with a focus on quality, reliability and speed
• Engineering standards: help shape frontend practices, code quality and architecture as we scale

About You

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
• Strong experience with TypeScript and React
• Solid understanding of modern web architectures and how the frontend talks to APIs
• Ability to work autonomously, debug complex issues and ship high-quality code
• Product and design sensibility you care about how things feel, not just how they work
• Strong communication skills and an advanced level of English
• Bias for action and ownership you thrive in a fast-moving startup

Nice to have

• Knowledge of UI performance optimization, design systems or a11y testing
• Experience with SSR/edge rendering and Node.js
• Basic exposure to backend work and relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)
• CI/CD practice with GitHub Actions
• Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
• Interest in B2B SaaS, sales tech or automation tools
