Job summary

Julius Baer is seeking a technically driven leader to own applications, drive IT change, and oversee lifecycle and vulnerability management. You will guide agile teams, translate business needs into technical capabilities, and ensure architectural compliance while coordinating with Product Owners and Solution Architects.

Core responsibilities include overseeing development, production readiness decisions, resource sizing, and planning releases within the Change/Release framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Application Responsible, Technical Lead or Lead Developer roles.
• Hands-on understanding of modern business process and case management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical change for owned applications within IT Solution Delivery.
• Manage lifecycle and vulnerability management for applications.
• Guide an agile team or delivery setup with Product Owners and Solution Architects.
• Translate business requirements into technical capabilities and ensure design adherence to Architecture standards.
• Oversee software development and production readiness decisions from IT perspective.
• Size development resources and own estimations and product offerings.
• Plan application releases in collaboration with Product Owner and IT Service Owner within Change/Release Management.
