Heli Preflight in Sabadell, Catalonia, seeks an experienced operations leader to coordinate the pilot team and drive training and standardization. You will take on formal AESA duties and PVC participation while handling the most demanding flights and supporting proposals.

The role also involves internal examination duties and close cooperation with engineering to draft and review manuals, aligning with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Formación

• Experience with ROV/RET under Regulation 965/2012.
• Knowledge of AESA regulatory framework.
• Residence near Sabadell Airport is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership and coordination of the pilot team.
• Internal training and operational standardization.
• Assuming official responsibilities with AESA and participation in PVCs.
• Performing the company’s most demanding operational flights.
• Serving as an internal examiner.
• Providing technical support to the commercial team in preparing proposals.
• Collaborating with the engineering department in drafting and reviewing manuals.
