Formación

• 3+ years of experience in flight dispatch or airline operations.
• Dispatcher license or equivalent training (Pilot / Aeronautical Engineer background is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of EASA AIR-OPS, ATC systems, and flight planning software.

How will it be to work with us?

• Lead and support flight planning, routing, and fuel calculations.
• Assess operational risks (weather, NOTAMs, ATC restrictions) and propose solutions.
• Coordinate closely with OCC Duty Managers, Crew Control, and Maintenance.
• Handle last-minute permits, slots, and flight plan changes with confidence.
• Mentor junior dispatchers, sharing your expertise and guiding their growth.
• Suggest improvements to dispatch processes and tools.

What will make you succeed in this position:

• 3+ years of experience in flight dispatch or airline operations.
• Dispatcher license or equivalent training (Pilot / Aeronautical Engineer background is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of EASA AIR-OPS, ATC systems, and flight planning software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (French or Italian are a plus).
• Analytical, decisive, and calm under pressure.
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
