Job ID: 10568633 | Amazon Spain Services, S.L.U.
Join our Fleet Strategy and Supply Chain team to manage operational relationships with one of our largest fleet management partners, overseeing approximately 20,000 vehicles across 8+ countries. As part of a new team focusing on supplier coordination, you'll serve as a critical bridge between Amazon and our supplier partners, using data-driven insights to optimize fleet operations, resolve complex challenges, and shape the future of our global commercial vehicle supply chain while managing over $1 billion in annual fleet spend.
In this role, you'll focus on maintaining seamless coordination between Amazon and our fleet management partner across multiple countries and vehicle types. Your day might include reviewing fleet metrics from the past 24 hours to identify emerging issues, conducting deep‑dive analyses into operational data to uncover root causes of performance gaps, and following up with internal and external partners to implement corrective action plans. You'll also prepare for monthly business reviews by compiling performance data, collaborate with leadership on strategic proposals for fleet expansion into new regions, and work to streamline processes that keep our supply chain running smoothly. Throughout it all, you'll balance the needs of both Amazon and our supplier partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all teams.
We are the operational engine of Amazon's global fleet strategy, partnering with original equipment manufacturers, fleet management companies, and internal teams to deliver the right fleet capacity at the right time and cost. Our team coordinates complex logistics across continents, manages billions of dollars in supplier relationships, and uses data to continuously improve how we operate. We’re looking for someone who can thrive in this collaborative environment—someone who can represent Amazon’s interests while building and maintaining strong partnerships with our suppliers. You’ll work alongside colleagues who are passionate about solving supply chain challenges, and together, we’re shaping how Amazon manages one of the world's largest commercial vehicle fleets. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on a global scale while working with a team that values both analytical rigor and relationship‑building.
