Amazon Shipping is an industry changing E2E business, offering Amazon’s logistic and transportation capabilities as a product and service to MFN Sellers. We launched in September 2022 and are now building a team to scale Amazon Shipping at pace.

Amazon Shipping is looking to hire an analytical, technically skilled, innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Supply Chain Manager that can drive innovation and execution in transportation networks. As a member of the ES Amazon Shipping team you will be responsible for optimizing the transportation and delivery network to meet with the strategic network plan.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a team and initiative that is at the very start of its journey. You will be part of the core team that will design, build and implement a new business which will exceed our customer’s expectations.

This is a Regional field based role and will involve travel to AMZL, ATS and also shipper sites, therefore a willingness to travel is required.

Key job responsibilities

1. Operational Performance Management; responsible for identification of paths to green across several KPIs, and multiple sites.
2. Management of daily/weekly metrics and performance reporting.
3. Ownership, deep dive and a holistic overview of the SWA supply chain; identifying defects that would impact our customers and establish robust fix to mitigate future instances.
4. Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Provide resilience and business continuity planning to minimize risk to pick-up operations.
6. Liaise with various teams across Amazon to define, build and deploy a product to delight our customers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
3. Experience in program or project management
4. Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
5. Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
6. Experience in supply chain
7. Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
2. Experience leading process improvements
3. Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
4. Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
