Amazon is seeking a Fleet Scheduling Analyst to own the 0-13 week planning horizon and drive fleet allocation across Europe. You will develop allocation plans, coordinate cycles, and ensure optimal deployment to meet customer demand while balancing supply chain constraints.
The role requires data-driven analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate operations into actionable insights for efficient, on-time vehicle deployment across delivery networks.
Join our International operations team to drive fleet allocation strategy and execution across Europe. In this newly created role, you’ll own the critical 0-13 week planning horizon, directly impacting how thousands of delivery partners receive vehicles to serve customers across the region.
As a Fleet Scheduling Analyst, you’ll develop comprehensive allocation plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure optimal fleet deployment to meet customer demand while balancing complex supply chain constraints.
You’ll focus on weekly fleet planning cycles for our delivery stations, analyzing execution data to refine future plans and identify optimization opportunities. Your day involves collaborating across multiple teams-from capacity planning and central operations to fleet management and delivery partners-to translate demand forecasts into actionable deployment strategies.
You’ll dive into operational details, examining supplier capacity, geographic matching requirements, and deployment timelines to surface risks and opportunities. You’ll present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, challenge assumptions with data‑driven insights, and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and on‑time vehicle deployment performance.
We’re building a more responsive and efficient fleet operations function across Europe. Our team partners closely with demand planners, operations execution teams, fleet management, and delivery partners to ensure the right vehicles reach the right locations at the right time.
We’re focused on balancing competing priorities-demand volatility against supplier capacity, cost efficiency against geographic optimization, and short‑term deployment needs against long‑term fleet health. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your insights directly influence how we serve customers and support our delivery partners. We value transparent communication, reliable follow‑through, and creative problem‑solving as we work together to strengthen our operations.
