Roche in Madrid seeks a Senior FinOps Engineer to lead cloud financial management and AI-driven cost optimization, shaping the finance of digital products. You will evaluate new FinOps tools, mentor engineers, and align cloud spend with business strategy across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will collaborate with HI Operations, drive governance, reporting, and cost transparency, and represent FinOps in global events.

Formación

• Experience managing large workloads across cloud applications (Serverless, Kubernetes, AI/ML infra).
• Proven track record in cloud finance control, budgeting, and cost-efficiency strategies.
• Leadership experience coaching engineers and finance colleagues in growth-enabling ways.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and integrate new FinOps tools and methodologies to optimize cloud cost and product lifecycle.
• Define governance models for AI consumption to balance performance with cost rationalization.
• Drive medium to large initiatives to improve enterprise FinOps practices and financial governance.
