Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent IT experience.
• 5+ years in multinational environments; healthcare experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Cloud Devops Enterprise Search team to collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and external teams.
• Focus on priorities, milestones and deliverables as per direction of the product management team.
• Contribute to the Cloud Devops Enterprise Search team on technical implementations and decisions.
• Work to meet SLAs on customer deployments in a global environment.
• Be part of the technical solution team focusing on maintaining service since they are live by measuring and monitoring availability and overall system health and improving the reliability of the IT Infrastructure.
• Collaborate with clients, other IT departments and managed service suppliers in the design and delivery of Cloud IT Solutions.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
