A global IT service provider is seeking a Senior Facilities & Workplace Lead in Barcelona. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, overseeing site services, leading sustainability initiatives, and implementing workplace reconfigurations. The ideal candidate should have 5-8+ years in facilities operations, be fluent in Spanish and English, and possess strong project management skills. We’re hiring a hands‑on Senior Facilities & Workplace Lead to own day‑to‑day operations for our Barcelona site, partner closely with the CEO / COO Office on priorities, and origin and deliver a rolling program of space reconfigurations. You’ll lead onsite service delivery, govern vendors and budgets, coordinate with our Madrid office and external partners and drive practical cost and energy‑efficiency improvements.
