Pro Expo is seeking a Booth Design Specialist / Strategist to join our Design Department in Barcelona. The role focuses on translating client objectives into strong creative concepts and implementing impactful 3D designs across diverse industries.

You will collaborate closely with Creatives and Project Managers to ensure design feasibility, budget alignment, and high-quality project delivery for international trade shows.

Formación

• 10+ years of proven experience designing exhibition stands for international trade shows.
• A strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Strong portfolio of stand and event space design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

At Pro Expo, we create memorable experiences at international trade shows and events around the world. We’re looking for a Booth Design Specialist / Strategist with 10+ years of experience in exhibition stand design to join our Design Department.

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to play a key role in developing strategic and creative design solutions for international projects.

What you’ll do:

• Translate client objectives into strong creative concepts and bring them to life through impactful 3D designs across multiple industries.
• Ensure design feasibility and budget alignment, with a solid understanding of materials and European market pricing.
• Collaborate closely with our Creatives and Project Managers to deliver projects with quality, consistency, and innovation.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of proven experience designing exhibition stands for international trade shows.
• A strategic thinker with a strong creative mindset and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using AI tools for rendering and video generation.
• A strong portfolio of stand and event space design projects.
