SITA is seeking a Social Media & Executive Visibility Senior Consultant to build credibility on LinkedIn for aviation industry leaders. You will work with the CEO, leadership team, and employees to shape content, posts, and campaigns that resonate with senior decision-makers.

You will own the executive visibility program, manage the editorial calendar, and oversee paid social strategy, ensuring content aligns with business priorities and industry moments.

Formación

• Demonstrable experience building executive visibility on LinkedIn in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn for credibility with target audiences over time.
• Excellent ghost-writing and editing skills to capture a leader’s voice.
• Experience managing a company LinkedIn channel at senior editorial level.
• Experience building or leading an employee advocacy program.
• Strong understanding of B2B content strategy linking social to demand gen.
• Familiarity with paid LinkedIn strategy, formats and targeting.
• Data-literate mindset to track followers, reach and engagement.
• Ability to work with senior executives and maintain discretion.
• Excellent written English in aviation, tech or complex B2B contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to craft authentic points of view.
• Translate leadership thinking into LinkedIn posts and articles.
• Ghost-write and edit executive content to reflect the leader’s voice.

• Brief executives before conferences and launches.
• Lead employee advocacy to amplify company thinking.
• Develop advocacy-ready content formats with key stats and insights.
• Own the company LinkedIn channel and its editorial strategy.
• Lead paid social initiatives in collaboration with campaigns team.
