Senior Design Specialist (Stand & Events)

At Pro Expo, we create memorable experiences at international trade shows and events. We are looking for a Design Specialist / Strategist with 10+ years of experience in stand design to join our design department.

This is a flexible opportunity open to both freelance professionals or those seeking a full-time contract.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in leading creative concepts with a strategic vision for international projects.
• Design layouts and spatial distributions for stands across multiple industries.
• Ensure feasibility and budget alignment (materials and European market pricing).
• Collaborate with the design team and Project Managers to deliver quality, coherence, and innovation.
• Coordinate creative projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools for renders and video generation.

Experience using AI tools for renders and video generation.

Freelance / remote opportunity with flexibility and international exposure.

Exciting projects with leading global brands in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
