This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Events Marketing Manager in EMEA.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and execute high-impact events across the EMEA region, focusing on technical audiences in the B2B technology space. You will lead the strategy, design, and delivery of workshops, conferences, and roadshows, ensuring memorable and engaging experiences that drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and pipeline growth. Working closely with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams, you will manage event logistics, vendor relationships, and budgets, while applying insights and data to continuously improve performance. This position provides significant autonomy, creative freedom, and a chance to influence regional marketing strategy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a regional events strategy tailored to technical audiences, including defining content, formats, and success metrics
  • Lead the planning and delivery of workshops and large-scale events, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product launches, and sales goals
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics, including speaker recruitment, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Support community initiatives and field marketing activities to engage technical user groups and professional communities
  • Monitor budgets, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Measure and analyze event performance, providing insights to optimize ROI and inform future strategies
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and cultural nuances across the EMEA B2B tech landscape
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in events marketing within B2B technology, data, or SaaS organizations
  • Proven track record of designing and executing events for technical audiences, with foundational technical knowledge
  • Experience managing portfolios of large-scale third-party and owned events across multiple countries
  • Strong collaboration skills to partner with product marketing, engineering, and sales teams
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills to measure event effectiveness and optimize future initiatives
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% to support events
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus
  • Strategic, critical thinker with an analytical, data-driven approach and adaptability to fast-paced environments
