Amazon's European Expansions Transportation team is seeking a Program Manager to manage projects, implement metrics, and improve supply chain routes across Europe from fulfillment centers to customers.

You will drive data-driven decisions and communicate with diverse teams to keep deadlines, with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective transportation solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL experience.
• Experience in program or project management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive performance improvements with partner carriers and perform root cause analysis to guide improvements.
• Provide best-in-class service to internal clients regarding costs, freight status, and exceptions to schedules.
• Design and implement improvements to the transportation network for flexible and efficient customer delivery.
