Amazon is seeking applicants to work in the EU Process Engineering Network Experts Team (EUPE NET). This is a full time on-site role at our facilities in Europe, requiring hands-on leadership in process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU CF network.

You will analyze processes, drive efficiency improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, with travel to BIC sites as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience in operations management of fulfillment or distribution centers.
• Experience across cross-functional teams and strong project management skills.
• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze network data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance network efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions for network optimization.
• Conduct thorough analysis and modelling of network processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
