Jobgether is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex Enterprise Technology and AI programs that drive transformation and operational excellence. You will translate strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and coordinated execution plans, working across technology, finance, legal, product, sales, and business operations.

You will strengthen governance, manage risks, and align distributed teams while delivering tangible outcomes.

Formación

• 6+ years of program management experience
• Ability to simplify complex processes and structure ambiguous problems
• Experience influencing without direct authority and aligning teams
• Strategic and execution-level versatility
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives
• Familiarity with enterprise tech domains (data, AI, cybersecurity, infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• Experience in globally distributed, async teams
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Enterprise Tech and AI programs.
• Define roadmaps, plan resources, and track delivery.
• Report progress and risks to senior leadership.
• Align stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, and Technology.
• Improve governance, intake processes, and operating models.
• Translate requirements into actionable work plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify risks and dependencies and mitigate blockers.
• Operate in a remote, async-first environment with strong documentation.
• Partner with technology leadership on enterprise systems, data, AI, security, and architecture.
