Job Description

We're managing a role for a well-founded (Series B) Fintech & Security company that helps banks and financial institutions with Digital Identity. Ee are looking for an Senior Engineering Manager for that international company (250 employees) in their Barcelona Hub. Be able to drive the software engineering team's best practices

• 2x Agile teams in BCN (12 people)
• 8+ years in software product engineering
• 5+ years as a software engineering leader/manager
• Excellent knowledge of modern web application development ( Azure, . NET & React is a plus)
• Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (C1/C2)
