Job summary

Click&Boat is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads and help shape our product strategy. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers and designers, and own delivery of high-impact features across our platform.

The role is hybrid and based in Barcelona, with approximately three trips per month to Paris to align with the US expansion and OKRs. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a technical team.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Ability to deliver features that impact KPIs and company objectives.
• Strong coaching and feedback to help ICs grow in line with OKRs.

Our engineering team is currently composed of 4 agile squads, each responsible for a specific functional scope. As we expand into the US market, we will grow to 6 squads, with two new squads dedicated to building and scaling our product for US users. Together, the teams build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide a first-class experience for our users: boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage two squads.
