Click&Boat is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two squads from our Barcelona office. You’ll own delivery, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to ship high-impact features while maintaining production quality and reliability.

You will work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment using Angular, PHP, MySQL and Symfony, with occasional trips to Paris as part of a hybrid role.

Qualificações

• Over 5 years of experience managing a technical team.
• Experience delivering complex web platforms with measurable impact.
• Fluent in English; French a plus.

Our engineering team is currently composed of 4 agile squads, each responsible for a specific functional scope. As we expand into the US market, we will grow to 6 squads, with two new squads dedicated to building and scaling our product for US users. Together, the teams build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide a first-class experience for our users: boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams.

Our developers are also responsible for preparing their features, collaborating with product managers and designers, monitoring and validating features once in production.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage two squads.

You're a Great Fit at Click&Boat if:

• You are fluent in English. French is a plus.

• You have at least 5 years of experience managing a technical team ;
