Click&Boat in Barcelona is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead two agile squads, shaping the future of our rental platform. You’ll mentor senior engineers, collaborate with product managers and designers, and drive feature delivery with a focus on KPI impact.

You should have 5+ years managing tech teams, fluent English (French a plus), and a passion for boating. We offer a hybrid setup in Barcelona, quarterly Paris travel, breakfast Tuesdays, and a supportive, transparent culture.

Our engineering team is currently composed of 4 agile squads, each responsible for a specific functional scope. As we expand into the US market, we will grow to 6 squads, with two new squads dedicated to building and scaling our product for US users. Together, the teams build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications that provide a first-class experience for our users: boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams.

Our developers are also responsible for preparing their features, collaborating with product managers and designers, monitoring and validating features once in production.

Our stack includes up-to-date Angular, PHP, MySQL, Symfony.

We are looking to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager who will manage two squads.

You're a Great Fit at Click&Boat if:

• You are fluent in English. French is a plus.

• You have at least 5 years of experience managing a technical team ;
