GMV is seeking an IV&V lead to oversee integration, verification and validation for a critical aeronautical system. You will shape IV&V infrastructures, define testing processes, and drive test case development and execution to ensure safety and compliance with aviation standards.

In this role you lead IV&V activities for a critical aeronautical system within GMV’s defense and aeronautics portfolio. You will shape IV&V infrastructures, define testing approaches, and oversee case development and execution to ensure reliability and compliance with aviation standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive test automation, analysis, and reporting, contributing to certification-ready solutions. This is a stability-oriented position aimed at growing expertise in certified defense/aero systems. You’ll work in a technically rigorous, impact-driven environment with a clear focus on quality and safety.
