Job summary

Otis, the world’s leading elevator and escalator company, is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive commercial activities in Spain. You will plan and perform client visits, coordinate with technical teams, monitor collections, and report commercial performance to achieve objectives.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree (engineering or architecture preferred), at least 3 years in similar roles, proficiency in Ms Office 365, English at B2 level, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, engineering or architecture preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in similar sales roles.
• Proficient with MS Office 365.
• English proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Valid driving license B.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commercial actions with clients, planning visits and follow-ups to meet sales targets.
• Acquire new clients.
• Monitor collections with clients to ensure balance targets.
• Prepare accurate commercial reporting within required timelines and formats.
• Coordinate with the technical team to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular and extraordinary meetings as required.
