Job summary
Holtec International in Madrid seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead cable routing and raceway design for electrical power, I&C and communications systems on the SMR-300 project. Proficiency in SP3D is required to support design through construction.
You will coordinate with civil/structural and other disciplines, review routing deliverables, and provide technical direction to junior engineers. Relocation assistance is available.
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10–15 years of progressive electrical design experience; leadership of cable routing/raceway.
- Experience leading routing/raceway scope with quality, schedule and coordination.
- Working knowledge of codes/standards for cable routing and raceway design.
- Proficiency in 3D plant design; SP3D experience a must.
- Strong writing/communication skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cable routing design for electrical power, I&C and communications systems.
- Develop routing approach and inputs; manage separation, fire area routing, congestion, constructability.
- Oversee raceway design including cable tray/conduit layouts and sizing inputs.
- Provide routing deliverables and ensure technical accuracy and quality.
- Perform and oversee SP3D-based routing work and model reviews.
