Esteyco is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of LV, MV and HV systems for renewable generation assets, including substations, overhead lines and grid connection infrastructure. The role requires strong technical authority and experience leading a small team of engineers in a multidisciplinary environment.

Formación

• 12–15 years of electrical engineering experience in renewables.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and technical reviews.
• Strong English, fluent Spanish.
• Knowledge of LV/MV/HV systems and grid connection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of LV, MV and HV systems for renewables.
• Design substations, overhead lines and grid connection infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Coordinate interfaces across civil, SCADA and EPC teams.
• Prepare designs and studies (load flow, short circuit, protection).
