AECOM is seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer with strong Data Center experience to design and deliver mission-critical electrical infrastructure. You will work with multidisciplinary teams through concept to construction, ensuring resilience, efficiency and compliance with international standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in electrical design, with experience in Data Centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of IEC, NFPA, IEEE, BS and EN standards.
• Proficiency with ETAP, Caneco, AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
• Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design of MV/LV electrical systems for Data Centers.
• Develop critical power infrastructure including substations, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS, STS, PDUs and grounding systems.
• Define and review redundancy architectures (N, N+1, 2N, 2N+1).
• Perform and review electrical studies such as load flow, short-circuit, protection coordination, arc flash and reliability analyses.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Review calculations, drawings, specifications and technical reports.
• Participate in client meetings, technical presentations and proposal development.
• Support the development of energy-efficient and sustainable electrical solutions for mission-critical facilities.
