Bofill Arquitectura seeks an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital project delivery from Barcelona's La Fàbrica studio. You will drive BIM standards, templates and execution plans while coordinating architecture, interior design, landscape and engineering disciplines on international developments.

The role demands strong leadership, deep BIM expertise, and fluency in English to collaborate with diverse teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Formación

• Architect, Engineer or related technical discipline.
• Extensive experience as BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator on large-scale international projects.
• Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360 and ISO 19650 standards.
• Excellent leadership and coordination across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BIM implementation across large-scale international projects.
• Develop and manage BIM standards, templates, workflows and quality control procedures.
• Define and supervise BEPs, model structures and coordination protocols.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM teams across architecture, interior design, landscape, structures, MEP and consultants.
• Manage model federation, clash detection and digital coordination processes.
• Organize deliverables, workflows and digital production strategies.
• Supervise BIM quality control and information management.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and project managers.
• Support project planning, resource allocation and delivery schedules.
• Mentor BIM architects and teams; drive digital innovation.
