As a Tech lead, you will

Lead the design, implementation, and management of scalable compute clusters. The ideal candidate combines electronics/hardware expertise with hands‑on experience in cluster administration and distributed systems. Responsibilities involve hardware‑software integration, infrastructure automation, and technical team mentorship to deliver robust, high‑performance solutions.

  • Architect, build, and maintain distributed compute clusters using diverse hardware.
  • Integrate various hardware components and support deployment pipelines.
  • Automate cluster operations including provisioning, monitoring, and upgrades.
  • Ensure cluster reliability, security, and performance.
  • Mentor team members in cluster management and systems integration.
  • Collaborate across hardware and software domains for seamless project delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience in designing, deploying, or operating distributed computing clusters
  • Strong understanding of computer architecture and hardware‑software interaction.
  • Linux administration and scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Demonstrated adaptability and cross‑disciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cluster automation, orchestration, or personal hardware projects.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, DevOps practices, and integration of specialised hardware.
