Sibelco Group is seeking a Director Supply Chain for the Western Europe region, based in Bilbao. You will lead development and performance of Supply Chain and Logistics activities across the sub-region, aligning with business needs and driving improvements in service, cost, and operational performance.

You will manage a multi-disciplinary team, drive strategic projects including sustainability, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while shaping the region's

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering.
• 7–10 years in supply chain/logistics with leadership in international settings.
• Expertise in logistics network optimization, transportation, warehousing, replenishment, freight sourcing, and cost benchmarking.
• Pragmatic, execution-oriented leadership; able to drive from strategy to implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to lead multicultural teams.

Responsabilidades

• Translate requirements into transportation, warehousing, and logistics solutions.
• Lead logistics optimization initiatives, route design, and freight tendering.
• Manage the Supply Chain team and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive strategic projects including acquisitions, due diligence, and integrations.
