Accenture España is seeking a Security Lead for Health & Public Service to own growth, profitability, and market positioning of the Cybersecurity practice in Iberia, with accountability for strategy, pipeline and delivery excellence.

The role requires 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or strategic security consulting, senior leadership in professional services, and fluency in Spanish and English. MBA or postgraduate qualifications are a plus.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or strategic security consulting.
• Senior leadership experience at top-tier firms preferred.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is a plus.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor valued.

Responsabilidades

• Own the growth, profitability and market positioning of the H&PS Cybersecurity practice in Iberia.
• Direct leadership of a team of 10 professionals and talent development.
• Define and execute annual business plan, growth targets and service expansion.
• Build strategic relationships with CISOs, CIOs and Senior Directors in health/public sector.
• Oversee delivery quality, timelines and client satisfaction; manage risk and crises.
• Represent Accenture at industry forums and regulatory bodies; contribute to thought leadership.
