Job summary

Capgemini Invent in Madrid is seeking professionals with 3-6 years of experience to accelerate their consulting career within our Digital Core Transformation team. You will work on large-scale programs at the intersection of business processes and technology, with emphasis on Procurement and Finance transformation.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across international organizations, taking ownership of key activities from requirements to governance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, ADE, Economics or Finance or related field.
• 3-6 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation roles.
• Experience in Procurement and/or Finance transformation projects.
• Strong project management, planning, dependencies, risks and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• English level C1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project activities across business and technology transformation workstreams.
• Analyze and redesign business processes and translate needs into structured requirements.
• Support transformation initiatives in Procurement or Finance.
• Structure complex problems into actionable recommendations and executive materials.
• Define digital solutions aligned with business requirements and transformation goals.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment across the project.
• Contribute to transformation roadmaps, deployment strategies and readiness activities.
• Develop business cases with benefits, costs and key assumptions.
• Identify risks, issues and key decisions and manage dependencies.
• Prepare workshops, executive presentations and status updates for leadership.
• Coordinate junior consultants and ensure quality across deliverables.
• Support PMs to drive execution and stakeholder alignment.
