We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

SAP’s EMEA Digital Hub is one of the leading and most innovative teams in the company, aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, speedy, and personalized fashion. The purpose of the organization is to support the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey to guarantee the acquisition of net-new customers and the successful adoption and expansion of our products. Most importantly, helping more customers run better ultimately translates into a safer, cleaner, more connected, better enabled, and more equal world.

The Role
  • Lead the collaboration with Marketing, Presales, Lines of Business, and other content providers to identify and tailor digital assets to regional, LoB, and industry needs, aligning content to specific segments, accounts, and outbound demand-generation campaigns.
  • Create and adapt campaign content, including Outreach email sequences, microsite copy, and other customer-facing materials, ensuring alignment with SAP’s tone, value proposition, and campaign goals.
  • Curate and refine reusable digital assets that translate GTM priorities, sales plays, and industry narratives into clear, actionable materials that drive engagement and lead conversion.
  • Orchestrate localization and translation where required, maintaining message accuracy and market relevance.
  • Drive the digital asset workflow across EMEA campaigns by overseeing content readiness, adoption, and quality across markets and delivery channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance (reply rates, CTR, conversions, pipeline impact) and translate insights into concrete actions to improve content effectiveness and conversion.
  • Leverage analytics to guide content investment and continuous optimization.
  • Collaborate with designers, fellow curators, and campaign managers to ensure consistent, high-quality, and timely delivery.
  • Drive innovative initiatives that enhance the digital customer experience, support AI-powered frameworks, advance automation, and improve content accessibility and self-service.
  • Support internal enablement by sharing best practices and templates that help regional teams and the partner ecosystem adopt and scale digital assets effectively
Your Profile
  • 7+ years of experience in digital content operations, demand generation, or marketing enablement, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to create and adapt content that supports sales conversations and accelerates customer engagement.
  • Experience with digital asset management systems, marketing automation, and Outreach-based workflows.
  • Analytical and execution-focused: skilled in using dashboards (Outreach, Power BI) to assess performance and act on insights that improve lead conversion.
  • Strong project coordination and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables with accuracy and speed.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, collaborating across functions, time zones, and markets.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable — able to work independently while maintaining alignment with shared objectives.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (Spanish, French, Italian) are an advantage
