Job summary

UST España & Latam is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join an AI-first Developer Platform team supporting a major UK financial services client. You will build and automate secure developer tooling, CI/CD platforms and infrastructure with AI-enabled automation.

Role is 100% remote for candidates based in Spain, with English mandatory and Spanish desirable. Strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps, CI/CD, IaC, and observability is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevSecOps/CI/CD experience in production environments.
• Strong IaC and secure-by-default engineering practices.
• Experience with securing and automating developer platforms and pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve secure, scalable developer platforms, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop AI-assisted automation for pipeline management, remediation, testing, security and ops tasks.
• Apply TDD/BDD and test-first practices across applications, infrastructure, pipelines and AI agents.
