Roche is seeking an Expert DevSecOps Engineer to lead security integration across the software development lifecycle, emphasizing robust guardrails, SAST, SCA, and container scanning within DevOps workflows. You will mentor engineers and drive secure software delivery in a complex enterprise environment.
As part of the Embedded Security & Testing Team, you will shape best practices, collaborate with architecture, and ensure security compliance without slowing developers.
Formación
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8-10+ years of progressive DevSecOps experience, with 3+ years building DevSecOps frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on, tools-agnostic expert on DevSecOps enablement tooling across SDLC.
Responsabilidades
- Provide expert-level leadership and strategic guidance in DevSecOps, including threat modelling and security scanning practices.
- Define and promote Software Security best practices aligned with enterprise standards.
- Mentor colleagues and lead DevSecOps initiatives across projects; balance security with developer speed.
