Roche seeks a Solution Architect to design, govern, and deliver architecture across SAP GRC and ERP platforms. You will ensure alignment with business priorities, drive governance, and balance functional with non-functional requirements while reducing technical debt.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to advance secure, scalable solutions, maintaining the architectural roadmap and guardrails across complex ERP landscapes.

Formación

• Deep understanding of SAP GRC Process & Access Control architecture within ERP environments.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM background for service delivery and system integrity.
• Experience leading technical teams in designing business-driven, standards-based architectures.
• Ability to maintain architectural roadmaps and current state documentation for multiple enterprise solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the architectural blueprint and reference patterns to meet business priorities and enterprise standards.
• Ensure Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) such as scalability, performance, and security are built into core designs.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to align technical evolution with governance.
• Lead architecture-related problem solving for security and compliance challenges using data, threat modeling, and stakeholder input.
