Allianz Technology is seeking a permanent DevOps Lead to own the end-to-end DevOps strategy and governance for the Allianz Pocket program. You will standardize tooling, drive observability, and oversee KPI dashboards, capacity planning, and cost monitoring across multiple teams.

Formación

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Engineering
• Strong governance and KPI alignment across teams
• Experience with threat modeling and security in DevOps
• Proven leadership across multi-country engineering teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools in DevOps

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end DevOps strategy across teams.
• Own program-wide CI/CD standards and environment parity.
• Lead incident management and disaster recovery efforts.
• Align observability, dashboards, and SLOs across teams.
