Allianz Technology in Barcelona, Spain is seeking a permanent DevOps Lead to own strategy and governance across the program's layers. You will standardize tooling, align teams, and drive KPI dashboards, observability, and cost monitoring.

The role requires 8+ years in DevOps/SRE, strong cross-team leadership, incident management, DR planning, and security governance. You will collaborate with multiple teams, advance CI/CD and GitOps, and promote AI-assisted tooling across the fleet.

Formación

• 8+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform Eng; 3+ years leading strategy across multiple teams.
• Incident management & disaster recovery at scale in regulated or high-availability contexts.
• Cross-team leadership across distributed engineering teams in multiple time zones.
• Observability tooling, capacity planning and cloud FinOps at program scale.
• CI/CD pipelines, GitOps and environment management across dev/test/staging/prod.
• Security governance, release management standards and rollback strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own end-to-end DevOps strategy across teams.
• Own program-wide CI/CD standards and environment parity across teams.
• Lead end-to-end incident management and post-mortems.
• Drive disaster recovery scope, targets, testing and DR governance.
• Champion AI-assisted tooling adoption across DevOps workflows.
