Job summary

Malwarebytes is seeking a sharp, security-minded Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Consumer team. You will architect and manage our AWS infrastructure using Terraform, enforce security best practices, and drive modern CI/CD automation across the organization.

You will own site reliability for production systems and contribute to Build & Release processes that keep our development teams moving fast. You will hold security and reliability to a high standard, proactively address cloud

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on DevOps or SRE experience in AWS
• BA/BS in Engineering or Computer Science preferred; AWS certs are a plus
• Deep Terraform expertise and IaC security
• Strong GitHub Actions experience with security scanning
• Cloud security tools like GuardDuty, Security Hub, Config

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve AWS cloud infra using Terraform with least-privilege IAM and network segmentation
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines with automated security scanning
• Champion infrastructure security and remediate misconfigurations
• Own and improve SRE practices: define SLOs and observability
• Participate in on-call rotation and manage production incidents
• Maintain build and release environments and develop automation tools
• Evaluate emerging DevOps tech through PoCs
• Keep architecture docs and runbooks up to date
