Talan is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join the GTB Tech Evolution Platform team, focusing on building secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. You will collaborate with Platform, Security and Product teams to onboard apps, improve automation and security, and drive DevOps, SRE and observability practices.

You will contribute to AWS/EKS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud automation, shaping the evolution of our cloud platform with a security-minded approach.

Formación

• 5+ years as a DevSecOps/DevOps engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS/Amazon Web Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes (ideally including EKS).
• Strong experience with GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS/EKS.
• Lead onboarding and migration to standardized cloud patterns and platform services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes using GitHub.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Drive migration to AWS IAM/IRSA and secure identity management.
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based environments for reliability and security.
• Champion observability and SRE practices, including monitoring and logging.
• Work with CloudWatch and Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Promote automation across infrastructure and lifecycle management.
• Maintain a documentation-first approach for platform processes.
