Mercanis is building the AI Procurement Platform and seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and security across multiple services. You will work hands-on with Terraform, AWS CDK, GitLab CI, and serverless workloads, collaborating with a small, remote-first team to deliver scalable, reliable cloud foundations for our AI-driven product.

Formación

• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar.
• Strong hands-on AWS experience in production.
• Solid Terraform, GitLab CI, and IaC practices.
• Good scripting in Python or Bash.
• Experience operating production systems and troubleshooting.
• Security-minded approach to cloud infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines across services and environments.
• Support serverless and cloud-native workloads incl. Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, SNS, EventBridge.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing with CloudWatch and OpenTelemetry.
• Strengthen infrastructure security, including IAM and secrets management.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve deployment workflows and developer experience.
• Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
