Senior Developer

About the Role

As a Senior Developer, you ll be a vital part of one of our highly skilled cross-functional teams based in Alicante. Together, you ll design and build innovative new features that enhance our Cybersecurity product and keep it ahead of the curve.

Collaboration is at the heart of how we work. You ll partner daily with talented developers from Poland and Denmark in fully integrated scrum teams, sharing knowledge, tackling complex challenges, and driving innovation across borders.

In this role, you won t just contribute you ll lead and take ownership, playing a key part in shaping the future of our product, making it smarter, stronger, and more secure.

Please note that this position is hybrid, we are looking for a person who s looking forward to joining our lively office community in Alicante for at least 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, you will play a central role in designing, building, and evolving Javi, our IGA AI Assistant. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Develop high-quality, maintainable code using modern cloud-native technologies and practices.
• Collaborate closely with team members to design and implement features that meet customer needs and compliance requirements.
• Ensure robust, secure solutions through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile ceremonies to promote best practices.
• Contribute to technical documentation and provide clear, actionable input to enhance the development process.

Expected Experience

• Proven experience in software development, particularly with cloud-native development in Microsoft Azure (Azure components like Azure AI Foundry and Azure Functions is a plus) or similar cloud platforms.
• At least 5 years expertise with C# and SQL
• At least expertise with the .NET / .NET Framework.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Experience working in agile teams, delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive attitude and a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems, and agile practices.
• Familiarity with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and other modern software engineering best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
