Job summary

Talantir in Madrid is seeking a Senior Developer & Architect to design and build the core architecture for our product configurator, data infrastructure, and internal systems. You will mentor junior engineers and raise engineering standards across the organization.

You will own the architecture, collaborate across Growth, Operations, Data and Product, and deliver scalable, robust platforms built for long-term growth in a fast-moving, European DTC environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Developer, Software Architect, or Backend Engineer.
• Proven experience designing scalable system architectures.
• Strong knowledge of database design and data structures.
• Experience building complex systems from scratch.
• Ability to design clean, scalable, and maintainable architectures.

As Senior Developer & Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core architecture that supports our product configurator, data infrastructure, and internal systems. You will work across teams — including Growth, Operations, Data, and Product — to ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and built for long-term growth. We are looking for someone with a builder mindset: a highly ambitious engineer who wants to design systems from the ground up, structure complex data environments, and create scalable technical foundations. You will also mentor junior developers and help elevate the overall engineering standards across the organization.
