About the Role and Why It's Special

As we continue to scale internationally, we are strengthening the operational backbone that allows our teams to grow without friction. To do so, we want to expand our Operations Team, in which the Business Analyst & Strategy will play a key role.

We are looking for someone based in Barcelona to be the bridge between raw data and real business impact. This is a role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and take on meaningful responsibility. It sits at the intersection of data, processes, and decision-making across the company.

You won't just be \"doing tasks\". You will help design the workflows and manage the data architecture that allow our global teams to scale reliably. Your job is to keep our systems robust, our data clean, and our processes efficient. At the same time, we expect you to roll up your sleeves and get involved directly in operational initiatives (supporting a commercial campaign, a market launch, or a product rollout, for example) so you understand how the business actually works in practice.

Your Day to Day at Innovamat

• Reliable Revenue Data: You’ll own the quality and consistency of our commercial data. That means defining how accounts, contacts and opportunities are recorded in every market, so Sales, Customer Success and Leadership make decisions based on facts, not guesses.

• Operational Excellence: You’ll design and support the commercial processes behind our campaigns, from how leads get assigned to how we choose which accounts to target. You make sure high-impact global actions run smoothly.

• Insights & Performance: You won’t just look at numbers; you’ll tell stories with them. You’ll analyze the sales funnel, conversion, churn, revenue cohorts and team performance across markets and channels. Then you’ll turn that analysis into clear recommendations that shape our commercial strategy.

• Process Improvement: You’ll spot bottlenecks in how we capture, qualify and follow up on leads. You’ll propose fixes, and automate where it pays off, so the team works faster and smarter.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll work across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership, making sure information flows smoothly through the whole revenue cycle and that every team works from the same numbers.

• Scalability Champion: You’ll constantly ask yourself: “Can this work 10x bigger, and in a new market?” You’ll help turn growth ambitions into revenue plans and targets, and build the commercial playbooks Innovamat needs to expand internationally.

What are we looking for?

• An analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to think critically about processes, metrics, and data quality.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

• A high degree of autonomy, ownership, and a problem-solving attitude — you enjoy making processes more efficient and scalable.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
