Elastic is seeking a Senior Developer Advocate focused on content creation to educate and empower a global developer community. You will publish deep-dive videos connecting search, AI, and observability, and build open-source demos that show end-to-end Search + AI scenarios.

The role emphasizes strong engineering background, excellent English communication, and comfort with a distributed team. Compensation is base salary with no variable component, and benefits aim to be parity across regions.

• Strong technical background and experience in an engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality technical videos focused on search, AI/ML, observability and Elasticsearch.
• Explain how Elasticsearch integrates with tools and protocols (LLMs, OpenTelemetry, cloud providers).
• Prototype and publish sample applications showing end-to-end Search + AI or observability use cases.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on hands-on experience and community interactions.
