Flywire is seeking a Senior SRE / Cloud Platform Engineer to own, scale and secure the underlying cloud infrastructure powering our data platforms. You will serve as the cloud infrastructure anchor for data engineering and AI initiatives, establishing IaC, CI/CD and platform reliability across AWS and GCP, reporting into the Hiring Manager in Valencia.

You will lead IaC with Terraform, define SLIs/SLOs, architect GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and enable secure, scalable environments for Airflow, dbt

Formación

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps or Cloud Platform Engineering.
• Mastery of Terraform for multi-account AWS/GCP setups.
• Strong observability with Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch.
• CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI/CD; Docker and Fargate experience.
• Experience with data tooling infra (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Airflow, Pub/Sub) and scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and deployment of global cloud environments using Terraform across AWS and GCP.
• Define and enforce SLIs/SLOs and alerting frameworks to maximize uptime.
• Architect and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments with Fargate.
• Provide secure, scalable cloud environments for Airflow, dbt, streaming feeds and AI integrations.
• Automate cloud access, security policies and cost governance for data workloads.
